Hot Stone Massage

This treatment combines traditional Swedish-style and deep-tissue massage with polished basalt stones to dissipate tension and improve the flow of energy in your body.
Couples Massage
Hot Stone 90 min - $220 each | Swedish 60 min - $130 each
A relaxing couple’s massage. Can be hot stone or Swedish, & includes a bottle of champagne.
Pre-Natal Massage

Experience total relaxation with stress-reducing strokes. Recommended for second and third trimester to reduce stress hormones in the body and improve circulation.

Aromatherapy Massage

All the benefits of Swedish massage with the addition of pure essential oils. Warm moist towels infused with essential oils are applied to the back and legs, gentle compression is utilized to enhance relaxation. Experience this session with the choice of lavender, citrus, or our special herbal blend
Pre-Natal Massage

Dry Brushing

A gentle brushing technique that removes dry skin, rejuvenates collagen by breaking up stagnant toxins under the skin, and allows waste to move promoting healthy lymph drainage, while leaving your skin amazingly soft and smooth. This service is a great add on to any massage service.
Trigger Point Therapy
60 min - $70
A trigger point is a constricted area of the body. This therapy targets these constricted areas and uses cycles of isolated pressure to release and alleviate pain.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy that utilizes slow gently sustained pressure to soften and release myofascial connective tissue restrictions. This technique helps improve mobility, increase blood and lymphatic circulation and relaxes contracted muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage
30 min - $40 | 60 min - $70 | 90 mins - $110 Add on - $10
Deep tissue massage utilizes a stronger pressure and focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia to aid in releasing chronic muscle tension. This technique can also be used as an add on.
Myofascial Cupping
Add on - $10
Myofascial cupping is a treatment that utilizes suction to decompress underlying tissues, helping, to relieve pain and stiffness by increasing lymphatic flow. Can be added to any massage.
Chair Massage
30 mins - $40
The focus is all on upper body, neck and back. Great for a quick lunch-time relief, or when you only have 30 mins!
